Claude Silver is the Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia and boy did she speak from the heart at this year’s Spring Drop-In! Her session was titled “Whatever You Believe, You Prove”. During the 60 minutes with us, Claude took volunteers and asked them to share one gloomy mantra that has been holding them back. She intentionally listened to each individual and asked probing questions to go even deeper to find the root cause of their negative self-assessments.
