Gear Rental Terms & Agreement

Insurance is Not Provided

Renter of equipment accepts full liability for any loss or cost of repair. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter. Underbelly will charge the renter at the full day rate until reimbursed for the replacement cost. In case of repair, renter pays full day rate until equipment is fully repaired. There will be a replacement charge applied for missing or broken lamps, or excessive burnouts. (Always bring back burnt lamps)

Renter Responsibilities

All rental equipment is checked by our staff to insure proper working conditions prior to leaving the premises. Underbelly must be notified immediately in the case of equipment difficulties at (801) 742-1431. Failure to do so may result in a full rental charge. Underbelly assumes no liability for equipment failure and/or availability. The renter is responsible for the proper care and operation of the equipment, as well as the return of all included accessories.

Late Returns

Equipment returned after the due time often creates problems for the next renter(s). Therefore, a $10 late fee will be assessed once the equipment is 1/2 hour late. If it is one or more hours late, additional day(s) will be charged at the full day rate. Rentals returned more than one day late will be billed at 1.5x the daily rate. Please contact Underbelly immediately at (801)364-1200 if you expect a late return.

No Refunds on early returns

If the rented equipment is returned early, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days on your rental.

Credit Card Deposit Required

This agreement authorizes Underbelly to use the credit card on file for any loss or damage to the equipment rented. A valid drivers license or state issued ID may be required.

All Rentals Are Due Between 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on the day of return.
