Project start dates are set once the agreements are signed and initial payments
are received. Our typical kickoff is about 3 weeks out from signed contracts. Reach out for current availability.
Typically it takes us between 2 to 3 weeks to get through provisioning. If a team member has already been provisioned, they can often start immediately.
Talent is billed hourly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week to ensure availability.
Absolutely. All our candidates sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your sensitive information. Intellectual property rights are clearly outlined in our contract, ensuring you retain ownership of all work produced during the engagement.
At the end of the engagement, we ensure a smooth offboarding process, including the secure transfer of knowledge, deliverables, and documentation. We also conduct a retrospective to gather feedback and explore future opportunities to support your team.
Yes, our model is built to accommodate flexibility. If your project timeline changes or additional work arises, we can extend the engagement or adjust hours as needed. Simply let us know your requirements, and we’ll work to meet them promptly.
We provide comprehensive onboarding support, including helping the candidate understand your team’s workflows, tools, and objectives. We also facilitate initial introductions and set expectations to ensure smooth collaboration. Regular check-ins during the early stages help address any challenges quickly.
We maintain regular communication with both you and the augmented staff to monitor performance and address any concerns. Our team is always available for issue resolution, adjustments to the scope, or performance evaluations. We aim to ensure the engagement runs smoothly from start to finish.
To ensure that our team is performing as expected, and additionally to get valuable feedback that can be used to develop our people, our Account Manager will meet with a main point of contact from your team at least Monthly.
If the candidate doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. This includes identifying areas of misalignment, offering coaching if appropriate, or replacing the candidate with someone better suited to the role. Our goal is to minimize any disruption and ensure you have the right talent for your needs.
