Xullu needs a series of search pages built out with travel offers. This effort involves lots of data connections and data source constraints.

and Underbelly aligned throughout the project and focus on resolving important decisions at the least expensive point in the project.
This will take place in four phases where any phase may overlap with each other.

Timeline

Phase one: 
Discovery

Team understanding & alignment

The first day is focused on establishing context in which the project will exist, understanding your business, space and customers as well as understanding the unique perspective of each stakeholder. 

Day 1
In this phase, we often stumble upon fresh avenues and unforeseen potentials. Given the inherently explorative nature of this phase, the timeline and budget may naturally evolve. Should any shift occur, our commitment is to provide clients with immediate implications of such changes.

Phase two: 
Design

Clarity on what an MVP should be

With a deep understanding of context, the next step will be focusing on the specifics of the project - defining the problem, the user, determining scope, feature set, timeline and deliverables. We'll iterate rapidly on various solutions as a group.

Day 2-3
Decisions made in the discovery phase may affect both time and cost estimates. If needed, new estimates will be created at that time.
Phase three: 
Develop

The Intersection of Art and Engineering

Using the direction agreed on then prior day, the product prototype begins to take shape in its final form. It's a dance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that our vision is realized while meeting all technical requirements. We'll focus on building a prototype to test and validate our direction with.

Day 4
We are committed to notifying clients as soon as possible if any unforeseen obstacles arise during implementation that affect the timeline.
Phase four: 
Deliver

Validating direction with users

The prototype, now fully realized, is introduced to the world. We observe, listen, and learn from users, taking their feedback as the seed for our next cycle of design and innovation. After the user sessions are concluded, we'll consolidate the findings into a clear roadmap with recommendations and next steps.

Day 5
We are committed to notifying clients as soon as possible if any unforeseen obstacles arise during implementation that affect the timeline.

Expectations

  • Stakeholders will be available for this highly productive and collaborative working session. 
  • This sprint will span five days, and will require prep work from both teams in order to use our time most effectively.
  • As we will be dedicating significant resources and attention to this, we ask that the start date be set and not changed.
  • Start date is set based on team availability at the time of signing.

Underbelly has created the following estimate based on our current understanding of the project and your unique needs and desired outcomes. 

One week product discovery sprint: $15,840

Not included in estimate

functional, production ready code. The goal of a product discovery sprint is to establish a validated user experience before we build production-ready deliverables.

 This is priced on a fixed fee basis. This provides cost predictability by locking in the agreed-upon scope and associated costs. As the project progresses, any modifications in scope will be addressed within the confines of the agreed-upon terms, ensuring that you are billed only for the scope that has been definitively established.
