As an Administrative Assistant at Underbelly Creative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency, organization, and overall success. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in a creative environment.

What you'll do

  • Manage and organize calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating team events.
  • Handle communication including answering calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain office organization, order supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and client feedback.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Support financial operations, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting assistance.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, improving collaborations.
  • Contribute to special projects with logistical and administrative support.
  • Support marketing activities, including creating, editing, and posting social content

You have

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Excellent Computer Skills in an Apple environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Interest in the creative industry and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment. Familiarity with financial processes, including invoicing and budgeting. A knack for technology, eager to learn and adapt to new tools and software.
