As an Administrative Assistant at Underbelly Creative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency, organization, and overall success. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in a creative environment.
What you'll do
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating team events.
- Handle communication including answering calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Maintain office organization, order supplies, and manage inventory.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and client feedback.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Support financial operations, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting assistance.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, improving collaborations.
- Contribute to special projects with logistical and administrative support.
- Support marketing activities, including creating, editing, and posting social content
You have
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Excellent Computer Skills in an Apple environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Interest in the creative industry and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment. Familiarity with financial processes, including invoicing and budgeting. A knack for technology, eager to learn and adapt to new tools and software.
